One of the easiest events I have ever taken care of. Thank you for making me look so good. Everything worked great and there was a nice flow to the line. They were professional, helpful and a welcome addition. We needed to extend our serving time over several hours and the food was just as good at the end as it was in the beginning. We served 650 employees over 3 days and not one person complained. Let me tell you that in itself is no small task. So overall you rated a 10+ with everyone here at Presto.

Van Abel's was an excellent choice for our Chicken Dinner fundraiser for a variety of reasons. First the words Van Abels and chicken go together. They have built such a reputation for good quality food that it was easy for us to sell tickets to the event. Secondly, the staff was a pleasure to work with! They gave us a reasonable price so that we could make money on our fundraiser, they were knowledgeable in terms of how much to order and they had everything ready for us on time and at high quality. Last, I felt a great sense of pride from everyone I worked with. They wanted to make sure what our customers were getting was high quality food so they educated us on proper handling of the chicken and other foods to achieve that goal. I also felt they really cared about the event because I received a follow-up call to find out how things went and to make sure our fundraiser was successful.

I have found that when I ask Van Abel's to cater a meal for me - I really don't have to worry about anything. They are very dependable and professional. I have worked with Van Abel's for business functions as well as personal and I have never been disappointed. The food is always very good and served hot. We received A TON of compliments on how EXCELLENT the food was!! People were so excited that it was Van Abel's - your reputation preceeds you! We also received a lot of compliments on how friendly and professional the staff were, and I would agree. They created no issue whatsoever and made everything run smoothly. I heard NO comments of food being cold, of people needing to wait for servers to be refilled, etc. Lots of compliments especially on the wild rice (in fact my husband would like to know where you get it from) and the desserts - no one cared that we had no cake, as your assorted bars were delicious!! The amount of food we received for the price per person was also phenomenal - the best around by far!

Great customer service and amazing food. Van Abels did a great job with the limited space they were given. They came in, reviewed the room to determine the best set up location and did their thing. They left behind all materials needed to wrap up what was left, which was really helpful. Pasta salad was some of the best I have had. The meat was great, the fruit was fresh, I could go on and on!
Will use again should the possibility present itself!

The food was set up on schedule. Thank you for helping me keep my schedule. The food was hot. I received everything I ordered. Everyone ate all they wanted and we still had food left over. Thank you for making the process so easy with one phone call!With a group of about 40 men, not one complained. In fact, everyone commented about how much they enjoyed the food and yes the pork chops and broasted chicken were a great success! Your serving staff was friendly, courteous and industrious.
