My husband and I hired Van Abel's to cater our wedding and they exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, they set everything up beautifully, cleaned up, coordinated with our
DJ, and offered food to our photographers. It was one of the few things I did not have to worry about at all on our wedding day. I cant express how much we appreciated being taken care

The smartest thing my son did when deciding to get married, of course, was choosing his spouse. But, the second smartest thing was choosing Van Abels of Hollandtown for his
reception. From booking the wedding date, to paying the bill, we could not have asked for better service!
My sister commented, Not many places do you see the Manager going up and down the tables pointing out to the waitstaff when he saw an empty bowl to refill. And if someone wasnt
available, he filled it himself. Sometimes we locals are spoiled by the gem we have in our own backyard. But, it just takes some out-of-town guests to make you realize how special Van
Abels really is. Those experiencing Van Abels for the first time were in awe of the food quality and quantity, and service provided.
I felt that Chris and his crew were there to serve the minute I walked in the door. When I asked to have the head table cleared quickly to accommodate a photographer request . . . . poof!
it was gone, and with a smile. Special dietary needs . . . . they have that covered also. From booking, to the day of the wedding, I was given nothing but honest, helpful advice.
Pricing was very straightforward and reasonable. There were no little add-ons for miscellaneous items. The bill came with absolutely no surprises.

I would recommend anyone who likes supper clubs to absolutely visit Van Abel's. A piece of Wisconsin history with farm country charm and good cooking. On the walls are black and
white photos of the generations that show the story of Van Abel's.
